No gay rights videos for little kids because all the rednecks would pull their kids out of school. I don't think people want their kids to know at a young age that being gay is an option, and if many heterosexual parents had their way, it wouldn't. They do not want their little Timmy to go out with little Tommy. (Or Tina with Susan, for all girls out there.)
As for the no black rights video, racism isn't really something that children of the directed audiences age can understand, yet they shouldn't really be able to understand much of those videos at all... Maybe the people who make it are racist? I really have no idea.
