Both shows have the potential to be fun. Anything Goes is a theatre classic - comic script, many roles, great dancing (as you mentioned), and incredibly well-known music. School House Rock, on the other hand, is a fairly new show based on the educational ditties that played between cartoons in the 70s and 80s. It does not have much plot and is usually performed with a small cast. The songs are clever and have a real nostalgia value to those of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s.
Personally, I would go for Anything Goes - more roles, plot, and a more universally recognized show. Either would be a good experience, however.
